1973 Gibson EB-4L
The EB-4L is Gibson’s SG-bodied long-scale bass. This featured the 4-coil EB4L super-humbucker that offered more tonal options than other basses at that time. Structurally, it is much like the EB0, but with a 34.5” scale.
Here is a fabulous player-grade EB-4L. It is mostly original, but for the bridge and case. This bass has seen no major repairs and is in very good overall condition. One of the previous owners had changed the bridge to a BADASS which was common modification in the 80’s. Functionally, it is an improvement the the three-point combination bridge. This bass will include a generic teardrop hardshell case with it.
